Verdun (operated by Enari Inc., dba Verdun) sends SMS text messages to notify property owners and their designated site contacts about security events and account activity at the sites they are associated with - for example, alarm notifications, dispatch updates, and status alerts. This is a transactional account-notification program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not share opt-in data with third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use Verdun’s services. This is an optional program. You do not need to opt in to buy Verdun monitoring, to create an account, to have your site onboarded, or to complete any transaction with us. Site contacts who decline text messages receive the same service and can still be reached by phone call, email, or in-app notification. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, with no effect on your account or your monitoring coverage.
How opt-in works
Verdun sends text messages only to individuals who have personally opted in. Consent is collected per-individual rather than inferred from a site’s service contract. Each person who is to receive text notifications provides their own mobile number and affirmatively agrees to the consent statement using the form below. A mobile number is added to the messaging program only after that individual has opted in.
Mobile numbers are never purchased, rented, or shared. We collect a number only when the person it belongs to provides it directly and consents to be contacted, and we use it solely to deliver the security and account notifications described here.
When you opt in, we record your consent - including the mobile number, the exact statement you agreed to, and the date and time - so we have an accurate record of your opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Do you want Verdun text alerts?
Text alerts are optional. You’ll still receive Verdun notifications by email or phone if you skip this — signing up for text messages is never required to use Verdun or to complete any transaction.
Message program details
- Program name. Verdun security & account notifications, operated by Enari Inc. (dba Verdun).
- Voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use Verdun’s services. Opting in is optional, is collected per individual through the form above, and is never inferred from a service contract or account.
- Message types. Transactional security-event and account notifications (such as alarm alerts, dispatch updates, and status messages). No marketing.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the level of security activity at your monitored sites.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by your mobile carrier; Verdun does not charge for the messages.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@verdun.ai.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
